Meet the Rolly Polly. We took everything we loved about the Itty Bitty and dialed it up: custom triple-butted 4130 chromoly tubing, stiffer UDH hanger for snappier shifting, beefy thru-axles, two piece 165mm cranks, and fast-rolling hubs loaded with secret Japanese bearings. It’s tough enough to pass ISO mountain bike standards, but still cute enough to turn heads.
The Rolly Polly sticks to our design roots: no carbon forks, no internal cable nightmares... just a simple, durable, fun-first frame that’s easy to wrench and ready to rip. With a slightly longer seat tube for taller riders, a tweaked wheelbase for more playful handling, and our signature SWAG (small wheel adjusted geometry), this is the bike for underbiking with maximum style. Whether you're commuting or causing chaos with your crew, Rolly Polly's got your back. Let's see how far you can push this adorable little monster.

Our raw metal frames are finished with a light clear coat to show off the material, but they will rust and develop patina over time. It’s a lived-in look that show cases our welds that we love. If rust isn’t your thing, we recommend choosing a painted frame instead, since raw finishes aren’t for everyone (and that’s okay!)

The titanium Rolly Polly was an experimental project with Anaheim Electronics and Kyoot Industries. With Anaheim fully occupied by the mobile project, Kyoot subcontracted ORA Engineering in Taiwan to produce the Lunar Titanium Rolly Polly.
Military grade 3Al 2.5V titanium tubes were custom drawn to spec, creating an ultra light alloy not used in any mini bike to date. The project required three months of lab testing. ZERO compromises were made, resulting in a sub six pound frame and fork.
The titanium Rolly Polly is available in a single size, sharing the same geometry as the 4130 chromoly version. Previously, only New Types, the most elite pilots, were able to operate machines of this level. With our S.W.A.G. Small Wheel Adjusted Geometry interface, everyday riders can now experience the control and responsiveness of this new type of bicycle. The design is simple, easy to ride, and easy to maintain. Anyone can own a titanium Rolly Polly and keep it running for years with little to no maintenance in the field.
Lunar titanium is known for its ultra durable finish, resisting Minovsky Particles and the common corrosion found on Earth. It delivers a uniquely springy ride quality for riders seeking the ideal balance of weight and strength.
These frames are extremely difficult to manufacture, which limits production to small batches. Due to the labor, specialized tooling, and unique manufacturing techniques available only at ORA Engineering, large scale production simply is not possible. We would like to thank Jim and his team in Taiwan for making this project a reality. The result is the highest quality mini bike known to the universe, and we are proud to finally share it with the world.
