After a ton of requests, we’re finally offering the heart of the Rolly Polly on its own. This listing is for the Rolly Polly frame and fork only — giving you a clean slate to build it exactly how you want. The frame is built from custom triple-butted 4130 chromoly tubing, paired with a stiffer UDH hanger for snappier shifting and beefy thru-axle dropouts. It’s tough enough to pass ISO mountain bike standards, yet still cute enough to turn heads.
True to our design roots, the Rolly Polly keeps things simple and durable: no carbon forks, no internal cable nightmares… just a fun-first platform that’s easy to wrench and ready to rip. With a slightly longer seat tube for taller riders, a tweaked wheelbase for more playful handling, and our signature SWAG (small wheel adjusted geometry), this frame is built for underbiking with maximum style.

One size fits most (5’0” to 6’3”). Our frame geometry grows as you raise your seat height. This allows for a full range of rider sizes just by adjusting saddle height. (Standover height is 698mm or 27.5” from the ground. Stack is 496mm and reach is 390mm. Top tube length is 545mm. Seat tube length is 440mm.)
34.9 seat clamp diameter, 31.6 size seatpost and dropper post ready cable routing.

Our raw metal frames are finished with a light clear coat to show off the material, but they will rust and develop patina over time. It’s a lived-in look that show cases our welds that we love. If rust isn’t your thing, we recommend choosing a painted frame instead, since raw finishes aren’t for everyone (and that’s okay!).
